• Creating and managing short links for legitimate purposes
• Tracking analytics on your links
• Generating QR codes for your links

Prohibited Use

• Linking to illegal content, malware, or phishing sites
• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages
• Circumventing our security measures
• Scraping or automated data collection
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting affiliation

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Subscription & Billing

All paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided on a prorated basis for annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

BLOXNET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service.
